So since my last photo problem I have decided to get what I really wanted and so I got me a Cannon EOS Digital Rebel XTi. I just love it and I have found some weird things to take pictures of. Here is one I just couldnt resist.
This is our Kitty. One of three so far. She is one of our favorites. She has been around longer than most and she is so cute. The part that makes this so funny is her name. I will begin to tell you that as of the day our little girl was born, she rules everything. She of course got to name all of our animals. See we had a wounderful cat when she was born. We loved him so much. he was our very first animal as a "couple". My hubby has high blood presure and we heard an animal would help relieve stress (parties all the time was stressfull) so we got him. He became our child till we had her. After she was born my in laws talked him into getting rid of the cat and eventually we did part with him. So anyways, we realized kittys wont kill our child and we went crazy. Our first kitty was a male. My daughter had just begun to talk and was getting into Sunday School and so she named him: Simon Peter!
It was the talk of everyone around. So on to present. THis is our mommy cat "Football". No I do not spell very well but this perticular word is not misspelled. I havent a clue how she came to this name but she loves her and we have a cute memory of her name. I can hardly wait to remind her of this when she is older. Our other kittys are: Spook(solid black kitty) and Gussy.
This is just me snapping pics at church Wednesday night. It was the product of our WMU deciding we needed to spiffy the grounds up a bit. Arent they beautiful?
This is what my husband does well. He loves fishing and aparently he does it well huh? This will make for a fine fish-fry on some beautiful sunny summer evening here in the south!
This is my hubby being a good sport while I snap pictures of everything under the sun and well some of it too. I do love my new camera. Hopefully soon me and one of the Bullercrew will get to take it out and try it out on some landscapes. I love my buddies!

New New camera!

So you remember I got a new camera and all that stuff!?! I just think it takes such great pictures. The fact that we live in such a beautiful part of the country makes the pics so much easier to say that.
However, we had a weekend trip this weekend to the Great Smoky Mountians. I took pictures of all I could. Needless to say, I used 8 batteries. I didnt get the camera I truly wanted because Im not made of money but when you have to replace soooo many batteries, I actually could afford what i wanted sooooo...
I went last night and got me a super camera! I will post pics as soon as I get more made. I am so excited! See ya soon!

Just stuff!

Here is my baby girl. This spring soccer season is almost over and so I took my bran-new camera and took their pics at our last game. She is so cute. I started a journal for her when I had her. I got the idea from my best friend. So as soon as I was able to get 2 min. away from her I started writing about anything she was doing that was different.
I soon started adding a lot of my health stuff in there too. Its so far from her understanding for me to talk to her now but when she is bigger I want her to know that I truly did like being with her and playing with her. However due to my health, Im not always able to just jump up and play. So I feel if I write all of it down, when she is older she will get it. The number one reason I wrote about my health issues for her is because, most of my ilness' are hereditary. My mother still has no idea why she had a hysterectomy or what kind of arthritus she has and all that. So I wanted to write down what I have so she will be able to let her Dr. know so it will be much easier for her to be diagnosed and treated if she has something like my stuff. Anyways, I am so blessed to have her. She has brought so much joy and truth to my life. My life was surrounded by so much negative things and I wouldnt stand for myself and I was so tolerable to almost anything. Now its just so "fun" and I have fought a lot of people for her and I tolerate only what is healthy for her. I love me because of her. I am happy being me now that my life has turned this way.

Mothers Day!

So here I am again. Its mothers day and we have taken our moms out to eat. I just happened to be on the phone with my daughter who is directly behind me.(she really likes to use the phone when she can see what the person she is talking to looks like) My mother wants to snap a pic with my mothers day gift and couldnt wait till my baby girl gets done using the phone.
Speaking of mothers day gifts, my husband got me a new HD digital camera 12 mega pixals. The darn thing will do everything except get up and walk around for me. I want to show you why I feel like I live in the most beautiful part of the country.

This is my moms back yard! What a view! This is where I grew up. The have cows to look at and it may even storm a bit later. What a beautiful backdrop. I am falling in love with my new camera. Thanks dear!

Another party...for me?

So here I am getting pampered by my daughter. We had a GS pamper party today where all of us GS mothers will get to have some special treatment. When we first went in we were to be seated while our little girls made us a crasage. Then we sat at a table while our girls made us a plate of food, then on to manicures and nail polish. From there on to makeup and then the after pics. It was so cute! We wont say how my 5year old did with makeup but none the less I wore it all afternoon. It was just precious.
Here we are just posing after our makeovers was finished. I do feel pampered! I feel very blessed to be taken such good care of but more blessed to be a mom at all. She takes such good pride in everything she does and I am so proud of here. I love her and I love being her mommy. Happy mothers day all you wounderful mothers.

Tea anyone?

So here we are at our annual end-of-the-year Girl Scout Tea Party. It is not a typical GS thing but our troop leader does this for our area troops every year. It was absolutely beautiful. We loved dressing up and going out with just the girls in our family. It was Me, Shyanne, Tina (my sis), Mom, and my mother in law. I made several pics of course and here are some of them...
We had a 5 course meal along with hot tea. There were real tea pots full of hot water. We had a nice crystal bowl filled with different veriaties of tea. Cute little sugar cubes.
We had pro pics made and put into frames for each person. We had our very own table for just the families to be alone. Nice music played in the background to mellow the mood. (Mostly Kenny G) It was soooo nice. I truly appreciate the lady for doing this for us mothers.
I had a blast! Ironically our local school's 8th grade prom was also tonight so we just kinda felt like we fit in. I had to sub most of the week and the prom was on the hot list. It was decorating crazy for the last two days. They had an Egyptian theme for the prom. The decorations were absolutely beautiful.
Our Tea Party will always be something we will remember. It will be a memory we will always cherish. We truly did have a great time. It was remarkable!
